Trading during COVID-19

All items will need to be purchased online. Items can still be picked up from our warehouse, read below for more details.

DELIVERIES:

​

We will continue to deliver online orders. We can remove old appliances as long as they are already disconnected and placed outside. Please follow social distancing rules when deliveries are taking place.

​

We understand that in some cases it is unworkable for some customers to install items themselves, so we are offering installation free of charge to customers who aren't able to do so themselves. In this situation we ask that customers to follow the 1.5 meter rule and give our delivery drivers plenty of space.

This is to protect the safety of our drivers as well as our customers. 

We will still deliver to most areas but we don't deliver to ALL of Melbourne. You can see if we deliver to your area by checking your post code on the delivery availability estimator on each item page.

Deliveries are usually completed within 3-6 Business Days. Depending on availability deliveries can be done earlier than that but use 3-6 business days as a rule of thumb.

PICK UP:

​

Pick up from our warehouse will still be available Monday - Friday between 9am and 4:30pm. We will need notice of when you wish to collect your goods and so that we can have them ready for pick up to minimize contact. You will also need to bring a valid form of ID to collect the goods.

Returns and Cancellations:

 

Once an order is placed through our online store and you wish to cancel, we are able to cancel the order but there is a 15% cancellation fee. The rest of the funds will be refunded through the original payment method used for the order. 

​

Delivery is not refundable if the delivery has already taken place. If you purchase an item and have it delivered then wish to cancel your purchase we can do so but there is a 20% restocking fee as well as a collection fee to pick up the unwanted goods which is calculated based on location and other factors (installation, stairs, etc).
